The Blood Emperor's Mausoleum is a fan made quest for HeroQuest.
I made this quest back in 2023 to use with some custom miniatures I made, but it is now modified to be used with only officially released retail parts - to participate in AshQuest HQ Game Jam 2024!
What you need to play this game: HeroQuest Game System; Return of the Witch Lord (for the extra undead); Rise of the Dread Moon (for those cultists).
